Rumley, 25, of East Main Street in Waterbury, was charged with illegal use of a facsimile firearm, second-degree breach of peace and two counts of risk of injury to a minor. Rumley, who was held on a $500 bond, is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on March 5.
