Keep Straight, Then Turn Right
Cutting Ties With A Sociopath
Ending a toxic relationship can be a difficult but important decision for your well-being. It’s essential to prioritize your mental and emotional health. Sociopathy is a perilous mental disorder; the traits associated with sociopathy aren’t great. But that only tells part of the story. The part that’s missing is they can be a sociopath and have a healthy relationship. They can be a sociopath and be educated. That’s a very uncomfortable reality for some people. People want to believe that all sociopaths are monsters and that all monsters are easy to spot, they are not, they are loveable, charming, handsome and sexually satisfying to the point of women quietly begging for marriage or monogamous, changing all that she is, to the point of proposing marriage! Men will rely on the information they have uncovered and present themselves as the man – she has always been looking for.
When angered (because you said no or uncovered their secrets) they instantly snatch away all the perceived love they had or do the things they know will anger you which will most assuredly cause harm to the next person or the repeat victim – it’s important that they know they can always return to if only for money or sex (never true intimacy).
What Does The Bible Say?
The Bible does not specifically use the term “sociopath,” but it does mention people who display antisocial behavior, such as Cain (Genesis 4:13), who killed his brother; Jezebel (1 Kings 21:25-26), who orchestrated murder and led people astray; and Judas (Matthew 27:3-5), who betrayed Jesus.
The Bible teaches that all people are made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27) and have inherent value and worth. The Bible also emphasizes the importance of love, empathy, and compassion, which are often lacking in people with sociopathic tendencies. For example, 1 John 3:14-15 states, “We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love each other. Anyone who does not love remains in death. Anyone who hates a brother or sister is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life residing in him.”
Here are some steps to consider when you realize you deserve better:
- Self-reflection: Take time to reflect on the relationship and how it has been impacting you. Acknowledge any feelings of fear, guilt, or uncertainty that may arise.
- Seek support: Reach out to friends, family, or a therapist for emotional support and guidance. Talking to someone you trust can provide valuable perspective and comfort.
- Set boundaries: Communicate your decision to end the relationship. It’s important to assert your boundaries and prioritize your own needs. However in this case one should just leave, walk away, or run. A sociopath could care less because they are unable to care, love, or have concern for the other person.
- Create distance: If possible, create physical and emotional distance from the individual. This could involve blocking their contact information and avoiding places where you might run into them.
- Focus on self-care: Engage in activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Prioritize self-care practices such as exercise, meditation, and spending time with supportive loved ones.
- Reflect on lessons learned: Take the opportunity to reflect on any lessons or insights gained from the experience. This can contribute to personal growth and resilience.
The most important “takeaways” after the “love bomb” has been delivered are:
- God put that situation in your life to propel you to greater heights and to change the trajectory of your path to the most positive loving person you were meant to be;
- It will teach you about forgiveness and compassion for others and most importantly for yourself;
- There are no coincidences it was meant to happen;
- You were chosen by the sociopath because of a weakness they can assist you in and a strength they can pursue, money, status, sex, whatever they need at the moment. After the need is adjudicated they move on and leave the door open for intermittent visits. They have no desire to deal with a healthy person or a person that is committed to self-care. Should you look back you will see the sociopath has not excelled and his/her choice of the next victim will not be of any greater caliber than you and he or she will be in a worse condition in life before they crossed your path and that’s where your compassion and prayer comes in for them and mostly for you. Note:- this is not an opportunity or excuse to reach out via call or text, you should ban them, delete, and block all means of connection with the person, friends, and relatives, because they know about the sociopath and are not interested in you they will always protect him/her.
- Note to the Sociopath – You have the urge to cheat just because you can or your sexual desires include everything and anyone male and female, ask yourself, “Why do you want to continue to maintain this lifestyle when it destroys all those around you, especially the healthiest relationship?
- Look for signs of positivity – God has something great for you to do but you needed the experience of the toxic relationship to gain strength in the area they latched onto so to so you can move you to that wonderful peaceful beautiful worthy of great things and health connection with family, friends and a significant other.
Remember, it’s okay to seek professional guidance during this process. Take things at your own pace and be gentle with yourself as you navigate this challenging transition.

Who Is This Man – the Bi-sexual Sociopath.1
What Kind Monster Is He?
Sociopaths’ sexual traits are hard to fathom. The matrix of any normal romantic relationship is the physical expression of love. The thing is, in these situations, from their side of it, love’s got nothing to do with it.
If you’ve been in it you’ve seen that people without a conscious and a heart aren’t having loving relationships that play out well or nicely.
He seems to be all that you wanted, but he wont commit. His behavior towards you feels and looks like a monogmous relationship. He repeated states he is not ready for a relationship – he may even tell you, that he would like to be in one with you, but he’s afraid he can’t stop cheating.
Does he take regular male only ski trips and male only trips to Brazil or intermittent trips with only male college mates?
Have you experienced the horror and humiliation of finding out he’s bi-sexual after he walks out of your life as if he never knew you?
Are you finding it difficult to move on?
Overall though, it appears that bisexual men are simply viewed as gay men. There is no space for experimentation or fluidity, and so many men who are bisexual simply don’t come out as such because of our rigid ideas about manhood and, thus, male sexuality.
It seems that bisexuals cannot be monogamous (regardless of who they choose to commit to), and that, if given the option, they will always choose a “normal,” more traditional life, unless they are a sociopath, they will get involved until they need some new drama situation and walk away as if they never knew you. You’ll cringe at the complete cold unfeeling behavior you never experienced.
The Brazil Effect
A writer traveled to Brazil and documented a disturbing new trend there: African-American men taking sex vacation because the poverty in Latin America is crushing, and there’s no shortage of women in places like Rio willing to say and do whatever it takes to survive for the men on vacation.
There are beautiful women who are going, oh, I love black men, oh, you’re so beautiful, oh, the black men are this, the black men are that. And they realize that they don’t hear that kind of affirmation from American Black women and that kind of affirmation is what makes that experience so addictive, because men go down there time and time and time again. However, that’s not in every case some men get positive affirmations but their sociopathic minds won’t allow them to accept true love from anyone.
JFYI –True Sociopaths are unable to change their behavior, their brains do not function like those of us who are able feel emotions.

BRown SKin
Took me a long time to love and appreciate my “Brown skin”. Growing up in the projects and finding myself in a predominately “white” high school was not shocking to me or my system. You see I didn’t know I didn’t like my “Brown skin”. As a child I had a “Barbie Doll”, she was thin had long blond hair and pretty little pink lips. Hell I thought that “beautiful”. Needing my hair to be bone straight I wouldn’t use grease because I wanted it to “move” like my “white” cohort members. I vividly and painfully remember coming out of the shower one day singing, “I can’t get off my horse…” with the towel wrapped around my wet hair. I was swinging my head around as if the towel was my hair when all of a sudden to my horror, my brother had snatched that towel off my head and replied to my melody with, “you shouldn’t have never got up there.” He was so “Black” and down with “Pubic Enemy”. He understood what it meant to not have any of his mentors on “postage stamp”.It was imperative that when engaged in speech I sounded “proper” and used the correct word, tense devoid of anything that would identify me as “Brown”. I prided myself on the feedback I received from “Brown” skinned people who found it so amazing that I sounded, “white”. I even took great joy in watching the reaction of “white” folk that I had the intense pleasure of meeting after talking with the person over the phone. You see I wasn’t as “Black” as my brother and what I though was cute — had some grave undertones that I was not aware of as young “Brown” teenager.
- I suspect it’s okay to teach your child to lie to get ahead;
- Sure NAACP may have some volunteer roles – I’m willing to bet my “Blackness” that they don’t come void of “perks”- like a direct path to a great job.
- I heard a man who wanted to be a woman say the following words. “Don’t let me come out of this dress and whoop your ass.”
- In as much as he proved to me right then and there that he could never really be a woman; a white woman can NEVER be Black;
- Is it me or should the NAACP have performed due diligence in their background checks.
- The NAACP’s principal objective is to ensure the political, educational, social and economic equality of minority group citizens of United States and eliminate race prejudice. The NAACP seeks to remove all barriers of racial discrimination through the democratic processes.
- Suspect behavior – when any “white” person would want to “Black” to this extreme and disrespectful manner, it should be almost a criminal with criminal charges.
- Impersonating a “Black” person in the most egregious manner.
In as much as she claims with all that crap about “behaving” Black one cannot be “Black” because of their hair or the Black boyfriend or a big booty. Blackness is a beautiful thing and you know why? My mother and her mother and her mother had to fight all the way. My father and his father and his father had to fight all the way. Sure I had my own struggles, but I can now feel and appreciate their struggle. I am concerned about folks with cancer, but I can’t shave my head and say I can identify with the pain of a cancer patient. You see our Blackness was stripped, ripped, torn, tattered, spit on, chased by dogs, locked up, hung like wet clothes in the hot sun and in the heat of the night, it was raped, and cheated, our Blackness was laughed at, banned and cursed, our Blackness was baked at 100 degrees for over 400 years.
God has shown us great mercy and grace and yet we continue to neglect Him in our treatment towards each other….
Aside from all that – Baby girl you’ll never be Beautifully Black….
